Good small group study

I ordered this book to use for a women's Bible study group of about 1 dozen. So far we are all loving it. The weekly chapter is very doable even for a working/busy mom and the subject applies to everyone. We go over the lesson together once a week and the conversation that stems from the lessons can easily fill an hour...usually longer. It is great for a small group study, weekly Bible study, Sunday school class, or even personal growth. There is a good balance of Scripture and personal application. I would recommend it to anyone that wants to deal with the issue of worry in their life!

I was hesitant to buy this study for my group because it had only one review, but the review was wonderful and we went for it. OMG! It is unbelievable, it has transformed the way we pray and the way we approach problems, difficulties, trials. Every woman should do this study, even the ones that say, "I'm not a worrier"; we had a few of those in the group that discovered they were completely the opposite and has bless them all the more.
It is eight weeks, the two last weeks are longer but the homework doesn't take that long to do, pretty decent. You won't regret it...
