Can I give zero stars?

OK, I will give it one star because the pages of the book are thick enough so that if I ever find something I want to highlight, the highlighter does not go through to the next page.
That was the positive.
The book was required for a class. Full of spelling and grammatical errors and typos. The author did not consistently explain things. Many minor details were meticulously ridiculously explained while large topics were left at the "you should already know this" level. Many places information contradicted itself, sometimes even on the same page. A number of places she would completely re-explain a subject in multiple chapters, assuming that a reader would not read every chapter. Oh, but I did. I read every single page of this book hoping it would get better. It did not. I got a 4.0 in the class, which I am very happy about, but it was not for love of the book. Good thing the rest of the class was interesting.

I am on chapter seven, and so far its a pretty easy read. Required text for my Psych NP program.
I bought the new addition, thinking it would come with a supplemental study disc like all other nursing text books... but it did not.

Information is broken up and placed under various headings, there is a lot of duplication which makes it difficult for those needing concise and condensed summary.
