Sharing this book is exactly what I did after reading it non-stop in one weekend. I bought five more copies and gave them to family and friends so they too could learn about how they could ignite their OWN economy. I have read many wealth creation books but I have never read a book like this. Reading Doug's story of rags to riches and the physical pain that he went through after being burnt in a natural gas explosion and the mission that it sent him on was truly remarkable. He is a man on a mission!
My mind was blown open by the information the author and his contributors shared in this book. The author is a no-nonsense kind of guy who creates a sense of urgency in becoming financially secure. He lays out exactly how that can be done and why it is vital everyone take charge of where they are today and where they will be in the future. Too many people stick their heads in the sand, become complacent about where they are and do nothing but complain about it. If you are serious about getting out of debt, stopping the tax man from taking every red cent they can and getting off the treadmill of life by living paycheck to paycheck, BUY THIS BOOK!!!
This book blew open my mind then filled it with incredible information. The seeds planted began to grow are creating a lush and beautiful landscape of financial security and prosperity. My husband and I didn't just read this book and put it on the shelf to collect dust. We put all the concepts to work in our personal and business life. I went on to take the Catch Fire University courses that are offered as a way to go deeper into the concepts presented in the book. I thought the book was an eye-opener, but little did I know that the online courses would be life changing.
I believe that every high school graduate would benefit from reading this book by setting them off on the right path in life. It irritates me that our children are not taught in high school what is in this powerful book. Don't we want our children to be financially bulletproof instead of being in debt, working a J.O.B. (just over broke) with no plan on how they will retire. BUY THIS BOOK for your kids, grand kids, family and friends. Make a difference in their lives, they will thank you for it. I am extremely grateful that Doug, Melanie and their team of contributors are on a mission to change people's lives and their economies.

I was feeling hopeless about my personal finances. After reading "Catch Fire", I have a game plan to achieve financial freedom.
